Data Sovereignty is our core principle. SRVANT provides an on-premise Telemetry Gateway that processes your logs, metrics, and traces exclusively within your own infrastructure.

  • Telemetry Data: We DO NOT collect, host, intercept, or have access to the raw telemetry data processed by your Gateway. All shaping, sampling, and routing occurs locally in your environment.
  • Control Plane Data: We only collect minimal configuration metadata (such as pipeline rules, destination endpoints, and throughput statistics) necessary to operate the SaaS Control Plane and synchronize your Gateways.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you interact with our marketing site or Control Plane:
