How are Gateways counted?
A Gateway is counted as a unique active daemon connection to the Control Plane. If you run 3 pods of the gateway in Kubernetes using the same API key, that counts as 3 Gateways.
What happens if I exceed my pipeline limit?
You will not be able to create new pipelines once you hit your tier's limit. You can easily upgrade your tier from the Customer Portal in the Control Plane to unlock more pipelines instantly.
Do you charge for log volume?
No! The SRVANT Gateway runs on your infrastructure (VPC, servers, Kubernetes). Because you pay for your own compute, we don't charge you for the volume of logs processed. You only pay a flat rate for management.
